Eagle Wellness & Weight Management

Lifestyle is often at the nexus of health. At Eagle Physicians, our Wellness team works with you to create treatments and strategies that optimize your ability to live life to the fullest. Our providers help patients with adequate and balanced diet. We work with patients 8 and older to address nutrition and dietary needs to overcome food, exercise and metabolic challenges with the goal of reducing weight-related health conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, GERD, thyroid disorders and sleep apnea. Initial treatment often includes lifestyle modification (nutrition and physical activity), counseling and FDA-approved prescription weight-management medications.

We are aware that some patients with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) may have received communications regarding Eagle Physicians' participation with their insurance plan.

Eagle Physicians is currently in contract negotiations with UnitedHealthcare. These discussions are part of the normal process between healthcare providers and insurance companies, and we are actively working through the negotiation process.

At this time, patients do not need to take any action or make changes to their care with Eagle Physicians.

We understand that insurance communications can sometimes cause questions or concerns, and we appreciate your patience as this process continues. We will keep our patients informed and provide updates as additional information becomes available.
