Services

Minor Injuries: Sprains, strains, cuts, bruises, simple fractures, and minor burns.

Common Illnesses: Flu, COVID, colds, urinary tract infections, ear infections, sore throats, fevers and skin rashes.

Diagnostic Services: X-rays, lab tests, referrals as needed.

Minor procedures: Suturing, abscess drainage, wound care, ear lavage, and foreign object removal.

Other Conditions: Allergies, animal/insect bites, simple fractures, and STD testing.

We are aware that some patients with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) may have received communications regarding Eagle Physicians' participation with their insurance plan.

Eagle Physicians is currently in contract negotiations with UnitedHealthcare. These discussions are part of the normal process between healthcare providers and insurance companies, and we are actively working through the negotiation process.

At this time, patients do not need to take any action or make changes to their care with Eagle Physicians.

We understand that insurance communications can sometimes cause questions or concerns, and we appreciate your patience as this process continues. We will keep our patients informed and provide updates as additional information becomes available.
