No-Show, Cancellation, and Late Arrival Policy

To ensure we provide the best care to all patients, please review and follow the guidelines below:
Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a regular appointment.
• For GI procedures, we require at least 3 business days’ notice due to the time and resources involved in scheduling and preparation.
Running Late?
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you may be considered a no-show. In that case, we may need to reschedule your visit, and a no-show fee may apply.
No-Show Fees
We understand that things come up. However, missed appointments without proper notice take time away from other patients who need care. As an established patient, you may be charged a no-show fee for missed appointments:
• These fees are not covered by insurance and will be your responsibility.
• If you are facing financial hardship or have an emergency, please let us know. We are here to help and support you.
• PCP appointments $25.00
• Specialist Appointments $50.00
• Procedure Appointments $100.00
• GI Procedure Appointments $ 200.00
• Wellness New Patient $100.00
• Imaging/Diagnostic $50.00
